Adding new material, Alexander reappeared this fall to pursue his interest in ‘world music’ with an instrumental album titled ‘Through the Eyes of the Eagle’ that strikes the head and grabs ones soul. This album is scheduled for release in the very near future, but no firm date as yet.

Michael Jackson’s Last Music Projects Revealed

What kind of music was the King of Pop dreaming up before he died? Read on for the dish.

The late star was at work on a pop album and classical, instrumental pieces, says Billboard.com. On the pop album, he was collaborating with songwriter Claude Kelly and R&B star Akon, who says Michael was inspired by popular demand for tickets to his shows.

"He said, ‘My fans are still there. They still love me. They’re alive,’" Akon says. "His kids are like his first priority, and they had never seen him perform live. He was trying to create the most incredible show for his kids."

Behind the Scenes of Michael Jackson’s ‘This is It’ Concert

Michael Jackson was busy putting on the final touches for his 50-date London concerts at the O2 Arena when he unexpectedly died. Now, ET’s Thea Andrews is with the men behind the massive production to reveal what could have been Michael’s most incredible concert tour yet!

A show filled with music, dance, stunts and pyrotechnics, Michael’s "This is It" concert was being directed by Kenny Ortega, the man who designed Michael’s "Dangerous" tour, choreographed ‘Dirty Dancing’ and also brought "High School Musical" to the world. Kenny says that Michael promised "the concert of a lifetime" and was prepared to deliver.

"We [had] some fun things planned," he says, referring to gigantic spiders, 20-foot puppets, a flaming bed, a pole dancing aerialist, a 3D movie and plenty more magic. "It’s complex in scale and it’s as big as anything I’ve ever done or attempted to do for an arena production."

Breaking: Time, Date Confirmed for Michael Jackson Memorial

The time, date and ticket-availability info for Michael Jackson’s public memorial have been announced.

The farewell service for Jackson will take place on Tuesday, July 7 at 10 a.m. at the Staples Center. Eleven thousand tickets will be made available to the general public free of charge.

The program will also be simulcast at Los Angeles’ nearby Nokia Theatre.

Just In: Michael Jackson Rehearsal Footage

ET has the latest…

ET has just obtained the footage from one of Michael Jackson’s final rehearsals, shot just two days before his death on June 23.

The one minute and forty two second video shows the late singer wearing black pants, red shirt, gray blazer and red lipstick while performing his song "They Don’t Really Care About Us" live.

He appears strong and when he finishes the song he is all smiles.

Diane Dimond on Jermaine Jackson’s Emotional Good-bye

Investigative journalist Diane Dimond, who has covered the King of Pop since 1993, talks to ET about the new details in the Michael Jackson investigation and Jermaine Jackson’s farewell interview.

The public will be able to pay its respects to Michael at Staples Center in Los Angeles on Tuesday at 10 a.m. This is where Michael spent some of his last hours, on stage rehearsing for his London comeback.

But before MJ is laid to rest, reports of his life continue. In today’s New York Post, Linda Stasi wrote a scathing column about Michael.

Lost Photos of Michael Jackson

ET is looking back at the life of the King of Pop Michael Jackson.

In these photos, Michael is seen with loved ones at his grandmother’s funeral in 1990. The photos were taken at the Jackson family burial plot at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Los Angeles.

Michael Jackson’s Former Bodyguard’s Explosive Drug and Love Claims

Matt Fiddes, a former bodyguard of Michael Jackson, is opening up in new video footage about what he experienced when he worked with the King of Pop, and hints that Michael may have been in a relationship with a woman.

Fiddes speaks in the video at length about things he witnessed with Jackson associate and renowned paranormalist Uri Geller. "Uri confiscated injection equipment from his room and whisked it away, and Uri would scream intensely at Michael to stop doing this," Fiddes says.

Fiddes tells the interviewer that one morning "[Michael] was hard to wake." "We were extremely concerned," Fiddes says, continuing, "and I can remember it clearly now, Michael was there and Uri was shaking him saying, ‘Michael, have you taken something?’ and he would come round and just say it was jet lag."

July 3rd, 2009

If there is a complaint to be made about Man of the Year, its that it tried to be too many things, comedy, political thriller, romantic love story, and action drama. But with its compelling story and characters, those things can be forgiven.

Michael Jackson’s Family Discusses Funeral Plans with Authorities

Members of the Jackson family have met with officials from the Los Angeles Police Department, and California Highway Patrol(CHP) about funeral services for Michael Jackson.

CHP spokeswoman Fran Clader confirmed to ET that members of Jackson’s family met with both the LAPD and CHP on Tuesday afternoon.

"Several members of the Jackson family did meet this afternoon, June 30, 2009 with representatives of the Los Angeles Police Department and the California Highway Patrol, to discuss plans relating to funeral services for Michael Jackson," Clader tells ET. "Details are still pending and will be released when final decisions have been made."

Thousands Turn Out for Jackson Memorial at Apollo Theater

A crowd of thousands of Michael Jackson fans came out to Harlem’s famed Apollo Theater in New York City on Tuesday to pay tribute to the late King of Pop — and ET was there to capture the emotional event.

The crowd lined the streets and sang Jackson tunes, danced, held up signs, letters and posters and observed a moment of silence at 5:26 p.m., the moment East Coast fans heard the news of Jackson’s death.

Director Spike Lee delivered a few words about Jackson’s legacy, and the Reverend Al Sharpton delivered a stirring speech praising Jackson’s career and his incredible influence on the African-American people and the world, saying that he crossed the lines of color and culture, making "young men and women all over the world imitate us."

Attorney Claims to be Michael Jackson Co-Executor

Lawyers who say they have represented Michael Jackson tell ET they "are now carrying out his wishes and desires as expressed in his last will and testament."

John Branca of Ziffren, Brittenham LLP and Joel Katz of Greenberg Traurig LLP, say they were hired prior to Jacksons death and that a 2002 will signed by Jackson names Branca as the co-executor. The other co-executor is Jackson’s friend John McClain, according to the lawyers.

The lawyers say in the statement: "The death of Michael Jackson was a tragedy and everyone who knew and loved him pray that he can rest in peace."

Lou Ferrigno on Michael Jackson: ‘There Was So Much Stress’

Lou Ferrigno was training Michael Jackson to get in shape for his upcoming 50-concert stint in London, and the former "The Incredible Hulk" star and body builder tells ET that he was shocked to hear the news of the pop star’s death, given his knowledge of Jackson’s physical condition.

"It was a shock to me because when I was with him he was in the best shape of his life," Ferrigno tells ET’s Thea Andrews.

Ferrigno and Jackson had developed a special bond and friendship over the last 15 years, which was when Ferrigno had started training him for a concert tour. As for any indication of a heart condition, Ferrigno says, "There was no discussion about medication, about medical problems; the guy seemed like he was great. Michael looked just as good as I saw him 15 years ago; he was strong."

Diane Dimond on the 911 Call Controversy

Investigative journalist Diane Dimond, who has been covering Michael Jackson since 1993, breaks down the events leading to the King of Pop’s death and why it took 30 minutes for the 911 call to be made.

"Nobody was in charge," Diane claims. "Michael Jackson was always in charge and now he was incapacitated."

Reports are saying that it was 30 minutes from the discovery of Michael’s unconscious body to the time that the 911 call was placed. During this time, cardiologist Conrad Murray was attempting to revive Michael with CPR. It is also reported that there was no phone in the room, so the doctor had to leave to go get the security guard who made the 911 call.

Former Nanny on Michael Jackson’s Death

Grace Rwaramba, the former nanny of Michael Jackson’s three children, released a new statement on Tuesday.

Rwaramba says in a new statement posted on intent.com, "Michael Jackson was an exceptional Human Being. He was gifted, deeply compassionate and brought joy to the lives of so many. He loved his family dearly, and above all, his beautiful children.

"In addition to being my employer over the past 17 years and entrusting the care of his beloved children to me, he was my dear friend. While our friendship had challenges, as do all friendships, he was loyal to the end. I cherish and honor his memory.
