I used to feel so powerless when I read the horrible stories in the newspaper. However, then I realized how powerful I am to change the world when I focus on changing myself and helping others to grow also. I became aware of the inner turmoil in myself and others that prevents us from feeling peacefully powerful. I kept exploring what we need to do in order to end our internal wars and experience inner peace.

Thousands Turn Out for Jackson Memorial at Apollo Theater
A crowd of thousands of Michael Jackson fans came out to Harlem’s famed Apollo Theater in New York City on Tuesday to pay tribute to the late King of Pop — and ET was there to capture the emotional event.
The crowd lined the streets and sang Jackson tunes, danced, held up signs, letters and posters and observed a moment of silence at 5:26 p.m., the moment East Coast fans heard the news of Jackson’s death.
Director Spike Lee delivered a few words about Jackson’s legacy, and the Reverend Al Sharpton delivered a stirring speech praising Jackson’s career and his incredible influence on the African-American people and the world, saying that he crossed the lines of color and culture, making "young men and women all over the world imitate us."
Attorney Claims to be Michael Jackson Co-Executor
Lawyers who say they have represented Michael Jackson tell ET they "are now carrying out his wishes and desires as expressed in his last will and testament."
John Branca of Ziffren, Brittenham LLP and Joel Katz of Greenberg Traurig LLP, say they were hired prior to Jacksons death and that a 2002 will signed by Jackson names Branca as the co-executor. The other co-executor is Jackson’s friend John McClain, according to the lawyers.
The lawyers say in the statement: "The death of Michael Jackson was a tragedy and everyone who knew and loved him pray that he can rest in peace."
Lou Ferrigno on Michael Jackson: ‘There Was So Much Stress’
Lou Ferrigno was training Michael Jackson to get in shape for his upcoming 50-concert stint in London, and the former "The Incredible Hulk" star and body builder tells ET that he was shocked to hear the news of the pop star’s death, given his knowledge of Jackson’s physical condition.
"It was a shock to me because when I was with him he was in the best shape of his life," Ferrigno tells ET’s Thea Andrews.
Ferrigno and Jackson had developed a special bond and friendship over the last 15 years, which was when Ferrigno had started training him for a concert tour. As for any indication of a heart condition, Ferrigno says, "There was no discussion about medication, about medical problems; the guy seemed like he was great. Michael looked just as good as I saw him 15 years ago; he was strong."
