Debra Messing stars in the role of Grace Adler, a straight interior designer who moves into an apartment with her best friend Will (Eric McCormack). Friends since college, Will is a successful lawyer who also happens to be gay (thus, keeping their relationship from becoming a permanent romantic one). Having dated before Will came out of the closet, the two maintain a more intimate relationship than mere casual friends. The comic sequences involving the two are complimented by Will”s flamboyantly gay friend Jack McFarland (Sean Hayes) and Grace”s sarcastic, alcoholic assistant Karen Walker (Megan Mullally)

However, one night it all changed

March 10th, 2010

However, one night it all changed. My whole family got together. The oldest son is a good harmonica player and a nice guitarist as well but he is kind of shy to play with others. He is 16 and just got in love for the first time. I remember seeing him coming back from his first serious date with that girl. He was really happy and in a great mood. He suddenly picked up the harp and started to play a tune.

March 9th, 2010

Many people violate music copyright law and do not even understand how their actions are criminal. If you purchase a music CD you can make a copy of it for yourself on your MP3. However, if you then use that recording and put it on your website or blog and make it available for everyone to download, you are performing an illegal act. Even if you join a site and pay a fee to download music, you are in violation of music copyright law.

The Automatic - Tear the Signs Down

This could well be one of the most disappointing albums of 2010.

My Brightest Diamond - Shark Remixes

A glowing whole transcendent of any one persons vision.

Jenni Molloy - Bach ReLoaded

Molloy handles the source material with impressive authority here.

Gonjasufi - A Sufi and a Killer

A terrific, trippy adventure with something for every curious pop fan.

The Besnard Lakes - The Besnard Lakes Are the Roaring Night

Long-time stars of the Canadian indie-rock firmament deliver a fine third album.

Crookers - Tons of Friends

Tons of Friends is 100% party focused, and certain to tear up dancefloors.

Chumbawamba - ABCDEFG

They retain the capacity to make you smile, dance, laugh and furrow your brow.

Thomas Ads - Violin Concerto & Tevot (feat. violin: Anthony Marwood; feat. orch: Chamber Orchestra of Europe, National Youth Orchestra of Great Britain, Berliner Philharmoniker)

Ads is the most consistent and compelling composer of his generation.

Ramsey Lewis - Songs From the Heart: Ramsey Plays Ramsey

A credible jazz album for those who never knew they liked the genre.

High on Fire - Snakes for the Divine

Tight, concise and thrillingly sharp, High on Fires latest is boundlessly impressive.

Shy Child - Liquid Love

Undoubtedly impressive, well-honed and slickly produced.

Boyzone - Brother

A treat for fans, but younger ears might wonder what the fuss was ever about.

This is the way it works

March 9th, 2010

This is the way it works. The movie does $400 million. The theaters get half, and Viacom gets half, thats $200 million apiece. Cruise gets 25% of Viacoms half, thats $50 million. In the end Viacom gets $150 million, and Cruise gets $50 million. Sounds great for Viacom doesnt it. Not really, Viacom must pay for the movie which had to be $150 million plus advertising. Viacom gets zero, and Cruise still gets $50 million. This is why Sumner Redstone of Viacom is annoyed, and Cruise is sitting on top of the world.

A thoroughly gripping medical drama, House. The producers and directors are obviously going for gritty realism; the question is, have they succeeded? They”ve got the gritty down perfectly, but the realism? Considering the fact that we all need to take a trip to the doctor every so often-God, I hope not!
